FAQs
How often will I be scheduled to serve?
We have a high value for sustainability and not burning people out, so most people end up serving just a few times each quarter.
How will I know when I’ve been scheduled to serve?
We use Planning Center Online for all our scheduling and notifications. In addition to having a user friendly website, the’ve made a great mobile app that allows you to easily see when you’ve been scheduled and accept or decline those requests.
What if I can’t serve when I’ve been scheduled?
We understand that life happens and situations change so we’re happy to help find someone to fill in or switch dates with you. That being said, we do our best to minimize scheduling conflicts in advance by having volunteers block out any dates that they’re unavailable using Planning Center. We use these blockout dates when making our quarterly schedule.
